Air France x Canneseries 2025

Article 1: Organising Company

The company AIR FRANCE, headquartered at 45 rue de Paris, 95747 Roissy CDG Cedex, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 420495178, is organising a competition entitled “Air France x Canneseries 2025”.


Article 2: Participants

The competition is open to all individuals of legal age, excluding employees of the Organising Company and its affiliated companies (notably, its parent company and subsidiaries), as well as employees of other companies involved in organising or managing the competition.

Air France reserves the right to exclude any participant who is found to have cheated intentionally. It also reserves the right to carry out all necessary identity checks. Any false declaration will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.


Article 3: Participation Terms

The competition takes place at the Palais des Festivals de Cannes, 1 Bd de la Croisette, 06400 CANNES, from Thursday 24 to Wednesday 29 April 2025 inclusive.

Participation is limited to one entry per person (same first and last name, email address, and phone number) for the duration of the promotion. If a person enters more than once, only their first entry will be considered.


Article 4: Winner Selection

Winners will be selected via a random draw conducted under the supervision of Maître Astrid DESAGNEAUX, Judicial Officer, 24 rue Marbeuf - 75008 PARIS.

The draw will take place at Maître Astrid DESAGNEAUX’s office on 30 April 2025 (exact time to be confirmed by Maître Desagneaux).


Article 5: Prizes

Nine (9) prizes will be awarded.

Prize 1: A pair of return flight tickets (hereinafter the “Tickets”) operated by Air France, non-stop, in business class, for two (2) people (including the winner), to Los Angeles from Paris.

The Tickets are valid until 31 December 2025, and the entire trip must be completed by that date.

The Tickets are subject to specific conditions. They will be booked in business class subject to availability. The Tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No changes to departure location, destination, date, or time will be allowed once booked.

In addition to these specific terms, the Tickets are subject to Air France’s General Conditions of Carriage.

Tickets are not eligible for Flying Blue mileage accrual. The winner and their companion, if Flying Blue members, will not earn Miles from these Tickets.

The Tickets do not include travel or cancellation insurance or any expenses not explicitly mentioned above.

All costs not expressly stated as included in these Rules remain the responsibility of the winner and their companion. These may include, but are not limited to:

The Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other prize, service, cash equivalent, or currency of any kind for any reason.

The prize is personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial.

Prizes 2 to 9: Eight (8) subscription cards granting free access to the 100%CANAL+ service for one (1) month from activation date.


Article 6: Prize Delivery

Air France will contact the winner via the phone number or email provided.

If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 10 days of being notified, or if they do not meet the eligibility criteria, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Organising Company.


Article 7: Publication of the Rules

The rules are available from hosts and hostesses at the activation site, and online.


Article 8: Organising Company’s Responsibilities and Rights

Air France reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, or cancel the competition if circumstances require, without being held liable.

Likewise, the organising company cannot be held responsible in the event of disputes with the companies supplying the prizes.

Any additions or modifications due to force majeure may be published during the competition and will be considered annexes to these Rules.


Article 9: Termination or Modification of the Competition

The organising company cannot be held responsible if the competition is shortened, modified, postponed, or cancelled due to any cause (fraud, computer virus, fire, flood, strike, or other).


Article 10: Exclusion of a Participant

The organising company reserves the right to exclude any participant found to have cheated. It may also verify identities. Any false declaration will lead to immediate disqualification.


Article 11: Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.

By accepting their prize, winners authorise Air France to use their first and last names and image rights for public relations purposes related to the competition, with no right to compensation or benefit other than the prize itself.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for other prizes, their cash value, or any currency for any reason.

If a winner is unable or unwilling to accept their prize, they will be considered to have forfeited it, and no alternate winner will be selected.


Article 12

No requests (written or by phone) regarding the competition mechanism, interpretation or application of the rules, or winner list will be answered.


Article 13 – Governing Law

These Rules are subject exclusively to French law. Any issues relating to their application or interpretation will be resolved solely by Air France.

Any disputes must be submitted in writing, in French, to:

Any legal dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.


Article 14 – Personal Data Protection

The personal data collected is necessary to run the competition and award the prizes.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (as amended), each participant has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting Air France’s Data Protection Officer at: mail.data.protection@airfrance.fr

Participants may also file a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) or any other competent authority.
