Competition rules
"AIR FRANCE OLYMPIC AND
PARALYMPIC GAMES COMPETITION"

ARTICLE 1: ORGANISING COMPANY

Société Air France (hereinafter, the "Organising Company" or "Air France"), a public limited company incorporated under French law, registered in the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 420 495 178, with its registered office at 45, rue de Paris 95747 Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Cedex, is organizing on the Internet, as well as at the Palais de Tokyo and at Spot24, from 27 July 2024 to 8 September 2024 inclusive (Paris dates and times) a free competition with no obligation to purchase called "Air France Olympic and Paralympic Games Competition" (hereinafter, the "Competition"), in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these rules (hereinafter, the "Rules").


ARTICLE 2: PARTICIPATION

2.1. Competition participants

The Competition is open to all natural persons of legal age, with the exception of members of the staff of the Organising Company and its related companies (in particular, its parent company and its subsidiaries) as well as members of staff of other companies involved in the organization or management of the Competition.

Air France reserves the right to exclude any participant who deliberately cheats. It reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks on the identity of participants. Any false declaration will automatically result in the participant's elimination from the Competition.

2.2. Terms and conditions of participation

The Competition is being held:

Participation in the Competition implies express and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions of the Rules, the rules of conduct in force on the Internet, and the laws and regulations applicable to free competitions.

To take part in the Competition, all you have to do is:

The number of entries in the competition is limited to three per person (same surname, first name, e-mail, and telephone number), with one entry via the generic interface and/or one entry at the Palais de Tokyo and/or one entry at Spot24 for the entire duration of the competition. A participant may play online, at the Palais de Tokyo (via QR code) and at Spot24 (via QR code).


ARTICLE 3: PUBLICATION OF THE RULES

ARTICLE 4: DRAWING THE WINNER AND AWARDING THE PRIZE

One (1) winner will be drawn from among all the participants in the Competition, in accordance with the Rules, under the supervision of Maître Astrid DESAGNEAUX, Commissaire de Justice in Paris, 24 rue Marbeuf, 75008 Paris.

The draw will take place at the offices of Maître Astrid DESAGNEAUX, on 12 September 2024.

The winner drawn at random will be informed by Air France no later than 20 September 2024 by e-mail or telephone, at the address and/or number indicated by the winner when entering the Competition.

The winner will have a period of ten (10) days from the date of the e-mail from Air France (using the contact details they provided when entering) informing them of their prize to indicate their acceptance of the prize by e-mail. The time limit for the winner to accept their prize by e-mail begins from the time the first e-mail was sent to them.

If the winner fails to respond within this period, or if the winner indicates that they cannot or does not wish to benefit from their prize, or if they do not meet the participation conditions set out in the Rules, their prize shall not be awarded and shall remain the property of the Organising Company. The winner would then be deemed to have renounced their prize and no new winner would be designated for this prize.


ARTICLE 5: THE PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded. These are tickets (hereinafter, the "Tickets") for one (1) round-trip flight operated by Air France without connecting flights for two (2) people (including the winner), as chosen by the winner:

Regardless of the winner's choice, the Tickets will be valid up to and including 31 March 2025. The trip must therefore be completed in full by 31 March 2025 at the latest.

The Tickets are subject to special conditions. They will be booked in Business class according to availability. Tickets may not be changed, refunded or exchanged. No change to the place of departure, arrival, date or time will be possible once the Tickets have been booked.

Without prejudice to the conditions applicable to the Tickets under the terms of this article, the Tickets will be subject to Air France's General Conditions of Carriage.

The Tickets are excluded from the Flying Blue program. The winner and their companion, if they are members of the said program, will not be able to earn Miles on the Tickets.

The Tickets do not include cancellation and repatriation insurance, or any other expenses not specified in the description above.

All expenses not specifically mentioned in these Regulations as being included in the Tickets must be borne by the winners; these include but are not limited to:

The Tickets won may not be exchanged for other prizes, other goods, services or benefits, for their cash value, or for currency of any kind and for any reason whatsoever.

The prize is personal, non-marketable, and may not be awarded or transferred to one or more third parties.


ARTICLE 6: RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISERS

Air France reserves the right to shorten, suspend, extend, postpone, modify or cancel the Competition if circumstances (such as, but not limited to, fraud, computer viruses, fire, flood, or strike) so require, and may not be held liable in this regard.

If circumstances so require, the Rules may be amended and/or additions published during the Competition, which will, where applicable, be considered as annexes to the Rules.


ARTICLE 7: ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Any person who does not comply with the conditions of the competition will be refused their prize. If a person cannot or does not wish to benefit from their prize, it will be put back into play by a new draw.


ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA

The data that Air France collects and receives from the participants corresponds to the information required for participation in the Competition and the awarding of the prize to the winner.

The personal data collected in the context of the Competition (and as listed in article 2.2 of the Rules) will be processed by computer to enable Air France to identify each of the winners, to communicate with them, if necessary to respond to their requests, to ensure the proper management of the Competition, and to process and send the prizes won by the participant.

Air France is the data controller and recipient.

Personal data will be kept for as long as is strictly necessary for the proper management of the Competition and, in any event, for a period not exceeding three (3) years from the last unanswered contact, in the absence of a request for deletion or opposition from the participant in the meantime.

Air France implements all appropriate protection measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, the participant may exercise a right of access, rectification, opposition, portability, limitation of processing, and deletion of personal data concerning them. A reply will be sent within one (1) month.

If necessary, the participant may also appeal to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).


ARTICLE 9

No request (written or telephone) concerning the Competition procedure, the interpretation or application of the Rules, or the identity of the winner will be answered.


ARTICLE 10: SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

These Rules are subject to French law, excluding its rules of private international law.

Any practical difficulty in applying or interpreting these Rules shall be decided by Air France in accordance with French law.

Any dispute or claim relating to the Competition must be addressed, in writing only and in French, to: Air France, Direction de l'Expérience Clients / Partenariats et Activations de marque, 45 rue de Paris 95747 Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Cedex, and shall not be taken into consideration after a period of one (1) month from the end date of the Competition.

Any dispute arising in connection with the Competition shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
